16/11/20 Hight Numbers of Booking Requests
We are experiencing high number of booking requests. Please be patient and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Bookings requests are processed in the order we receive them.
Please allow a minimum of one working day for your request to be processed (this does not include Saturday and Sunday.
30/09/20 New AV Loans Booking Procedure
All bookings are to be made via the booking form.
Changes have been made to the system to minimise the number of people collecting and returning equipment at the same time.
Equipment will need to be collected and returned at prearranged times.
The AV Loans website can only be used to view the range of equipment available to you. The bookings calendar has been disabled.
17/07/20 Equipment still on loan?
If you still have equipment on loan from the service, please keep it safe until we re-open. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient return date.
If you have graduated and are still in posession of kit please drop us an email to let us know and discuss options.
